After about 1 hour of cooking , the water content of the corn can be increased from 17% at the original inlet to 20% at the outlet, and the degree of gelatinization can be up to 78% .

TZJ series corn conditioner is specially developed by our company with reference to foreign advanced equipment for corn conditioner in feed mills
The machine has a unique steam conditioning machanism. The steam and the corn move in the opposite direction, so that the material is gradually conditioned and tempered from bottom to top. After about one hour of cooking ,the water content of the corn can be increased from 12-14% at the original inlet to 18-20% at the outlet. The temperature of corn can also be raised to 100 ℃ at the same time .
The contact parts of the machine and corn are all made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and has a large output. Because each layer of the steam sub-pan is equipped with a temperature transmitter, it is easy to operate, simple in structure and less maintenance.
