Drying Cooling System horizontal WGL series horizontal drying and cooling box is a new type of drying and cooling equipment for granular materials .  www.immy.cn / www.immyhitech.com 

Compared with the currently used vertical coolers and countercurrent rying coolers ,it has the characteristics of strong

 drying and dehydration capacity and good cooling effect. 

It can be reduced to less than 14% and is videly applicable to various climatic conditions. 

This machine is mainly used for the treatment of bottom moisture reduction of residual moisture materials, such as

 drying and cooling of corn,soybeans, oats, etc. After tableting; drying and cooling of extruded materials, pellet feeds,

 organic compound fertilizers, grains and other granular materials.

Main structure and configuration

4.1 Distributing box: It is formed by bending and combining steel plates ,with a distributing plate inside ,and the steel plate is

 made of 201 stainless steel;

4.2 Distribulting box :The box body is welded by 201 stainless steel plate, with a distribulting plate inside, the angle can be

 adjusted ,the distribulting plate is 201 stainless steel ; the external positioning handle, splint and reinforcing channel steel are

 made of carbon steel ;

4.3 Head box: the head box is a frame structure welded by section steel, with a length of 2200mm. The section steel, support

 plates on both sides, and the material below the material support plate are made of high-quality carbon steel , while the material

 spoort plate, blanking platform, and support chain bending plate are all 201 stainless steel;

4.4 Middle box: the middle box has seven sections, each section is 2100mm in length, the outer and top plates are made of 201

 stainless steel bent and combined, the ventilation plate and chain plate supporting materials on the inner side are 201 stainless

 steel ,and the support below and above the ventilation plate all are made of carbon steel. There are observation holes and

 access doors on both sides; There are temperature transmitters on three of the boxes, which are connected to the central

 control room to monitor the temperature of materials.

4.5 Tail box: the tail box is a frame structure welded by section steel, with a length of 2200mm . The section steel and support

 plates on both sides , below the material support plate, and the discharge port are made of high quality carbon steel. 201

 stainless steel ;

4.6Transmission device: the transmission system is composed of a reduction motor, a driving sprocket group, a chain, and a

 driven chain wheel group. The reduction motor and the driving chain wheel group are fixed on the tail box and the driven chain

 wheel group is fexed on the head box. The chain and geared motor are purchased parts, the splint of the chain is made of 201

 stainless steel , the pin and roller are made of high-alloy wear-resistant materials; the sprocket is made of 40Cr alloy steel and is

 quenched ,and the sprocket shaft is quenched and tempered with 45 steel .

4.7 Hot air system: it consists of aire preheater, ventilation duct, hot air blower, damper device ,and air outlet. The air

 outlet is connected to the lower part of the head box, and the hot air is blown into the drying box to heat the material

 to dry and gelatinize the material. the air preheater and fan are made by professional manfacturers , and the

 production standards are subject to the professional manufacturers;the rest are made of section steel and steel plate

 ,all of which are made of high-quality carbon steel .

4.8 Cold air system: it is composed of fan, damper device and air outlet. The air outlet is connected to the lower part of

 the tail box, and the cold air is blown into the drying box to cool the material. The fan is made by a professional

 manufacturer ,and the production standard is subject to the professional manufacturer; the rest are made of section

 steel and steel plate, all of which are made of high-quality carbon steel .
