    Brief Introduction:

    I. 500T Whole Wheat Flour Milling Process Requirements of design

    1. Introduction for 500T Whole Wheat Flour Milling Process technology :

    1.1 The 500T/24H refined wheat flour factory below is specially designed according to the

    wheat which belongs to hard wheat type.

    1.2 This design adopts long technical flow in flour milling system, and equips 2 sets of 21

    sets of MME25/100, 4 sets of MME25/125 auto-pneumatic roller mills to form the 5B.8M.3S.

    2T technology which is full-blown in Europe. The 3rd B, 4th B and 5th B are classified by

    fineness and coarseness. The bran stock is dealt with bran scourer to shorten the B mills

    flow. Smooth roller is used in M mills, S mills and 1T, and combined with impact detacher to

    reduce the power of final grinding stages. Smooth roller is also used in 2T to deal with the

    T mill material specially. That will have the important function of ash controlling. Specified

    roll surface: 10.40mm/100Kg.wheat.24h;
    Specified sifter surface: 0.95M2/100Kg. wheat.24h;
    Sieve of purifier surface: 0.046m2/100Kg.wheat.24h.

     

    1.3 Considering the requirement of environment pretending, we suggest the drying cleaning system which is

    popular in Europe. At the same time, intensive dampener,which one controlled by PLC for dampening is used

    to get the average moisture for milling. The technology is 2 sieves, 2 scourers,2 destoners, 2 dampeners, 3

    magnetic separators. The clean wheat has the cleaning flow of air channel to ensure the purity of the wheat. All

    of the machines above are of blocking type.

    1.4 In the tropic with wet climate. The clean wheat needs less than 18hours’tempering before going to the mills.

    In the tropic with dry climate. The clean wheat needs more than 18hours’tempering before going to the mills.

     

    1.5 Economic technology guideline: If producing 1 grade of flour, the extraction rate is 75%, cumulative ash

    content is 0.54-0.62%. If producing both 2 grades of flour, the extraction rate of grade 1 flour is 50%, and ash

    0.43-0.54%; and the extraction rate of grade 2 flour is 28%, and ash 0.62-0.65%. The ash content above is on

    wet basis. The power cost is no more than 66kw.h/t flour if conventional operation.This data is based on the

    wheat better than grade 2 from America or Australia.

    1.6 Flour is blowed to the packing store which is 120 meters far away. And there is a store for small bag

    packing which is 20 meters from flour workshop, an electric valve is to distribute the flour to the small bag

    packing store or 120 meters big bag packing store.Flour is blowed to flour store to pack for keeping workshop clean

     

     

    1.7 Pollard and bran are directly push to packed, and all of the by-products which came from cleaning

    section goes into bran after crushing.

    1.8 Total power: 1650 KW.

    1.9 Flour blowing system is equipped with Worm egg killer, the principle is: adopt High Rotary Speed of

    machine to break the worm eggs hidden in the flour. After worm egg killer, flour safekeeping time will increase

    3 and 5 times than before.
     

    2.500T Whole Wheat Flour Milling Process Preparing work of customer:

    The physiognomy drawing of the land for workshop is required in order to help us to do adjustment of the

    workshop accordingly.
     

    3.500T Whole Wheat Flour Milling Process Requirements for crude wheat:
    This technology is designed according to the customer’s requirement of the crude wheat and flour, so

    analysis of crude wheat is required. The sample of the crude wheat is required for our testing in order to

    give the more reasonable design. No less than 1.5kg of each type of crude wheat is suggested to supply

    for our testing.

    4.500T Whole Wheat Flour Milling Process Capacity of product and by-product, and disposal of byproduct:
     The first week after installation is commissioning period, the capacity is 480T/24H.
    The second week, the capacity testing is up to 520T/24h.
    The normal capacity is 500T/24h.

     

     

    II 500T Whole Wheat Flour Milling Process Equipment part

    1.The customer should be responsible for the civil engineering and the groundwork. Water and 3 phase electricity

    for construction and installation, hoist and fork vehicle for load and unload of the machines, 15-20
    installing technicians who can speak frequently English should be prepared by the customer.
    We will be responsible for 1 installing engineer, 5 installing technicians and installing tools, installing stuff, tools

    for welding and cutting which is necessary for the installation of the machine.

    2.The quotation includes whole set of main equipment, accessory equipment, and the cables, wires and pipes

    belongs to machines. We are responsible for the cables between grade 2 switchboard and machines, not for the

    cables between grade 2 switchboard to grade 1 switchboard and to transformer

     

    3.Controlling system: adopting PLC system together with electrical cabinet:
    Automatically display raw wheat, clean wheat, flour, pollard, bran instant flowing quantity.
    Automatically display raw wheat, clean wheat, flour, pollard, bran instant flowing percentage.
    Automatically display raw wheat, clean wheat, flour, pollard, bran add up flowing percentage in a fixed time.
    With working history checking system.
    With fault alarm system.
    With printer.

     

    4.Equipment list and the technical reference for the main equipment.

    Flour mill treatment system will be store in silos  (  ), according to local situation, total capacity is ---tons,

    distribution silos   , packing silos   , returned flour ilos   , bulk flour silos    , easy treaatment and store directly,

    distribution nd packing.

    (1)3 kind of base flour conveyoring with escort transportation, conveyor capacity separately with 17TON/HOUR,

    10 TONS/HOUR,3TONS/HOUR;

    (2)Flour distribution use mixing flour distribution, set micro elements pre mixing into system for special purposed flour.

    (3)Flour packing system use single and double seats of packing system, packing capacity is  tons/hour, each packing

    machine capacity is 25 tons per hour.

    (4)By product packing: by products will be packed in by product store.

    (5)Packing store with cement and stainless steel stores.

    (6)Packing before set up inspection flour with mono sifter equipment.

    (7)Flour mill packing set up separately pipe, roof suction and escorting into silo packing with same pipe line.

    4, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND FOOD SAFETY CONTROL:

    1. Workshop Building: Divided into three districts: Health District, buffer zone, open area, set up the visit channel.  
    (according to customer's actual situation)
     
    2. Suction dust: In addition to normal suction, increase the import of flour mill, check the screen export, high moisture-
     
    water powder pipe (into the collection of stranded dragon), such as suction, to ensure that the workshop dust removal effect.  
     
    Iv. Civil project (all steel frame structure)  
    The design of the main workshop 40-50 meters long, not less than 14.5 meters wide, 32.5 meters high. The grain receiving
    part is wide-meter, Changmi, for a layer of construction, (to receive part of the grain for the individual construction).  
    The main workshop part includes the unprocessed receiving system, the cleaning workshop, the flour mill workshop and the
    accessory room, as well as the four parts.
     
    1. Part: Barn part of the bottom Changmi, wide meters, four-storey building.  
    Total high meter, total construction area of 14.5*21*32.5 meters.
    2. Cleaning Workshop: Changmi (including the tour channel), wide meters, for the six-storey building, the total
    height of meters, the total construction area of   meters.
     
    3. Flour Mill Workshop: Changmi (including a staircase), wide meters, six-storey building, the total height of meters,
    the total construction area of   meters.  
     
    The accessory room is in the back of the flour mill, with the flour mill workshop with long, wide meters, three-storey
     
    building, total construction area of  meters. packing capacity is 180 packs per hour, 3 packing machines.
     
     4.  Finished product warehouse in the workshop, Changmi, wide meters, two-storey building, the total construction area
     
    of 2 finished product library area can be flexibly mastered.   
     
    all figures of factory layout should be exactly presented after sign contract with accurate numbers from buyer.
