1. SUMMARY
|
This design is using machineries and equipment from XIMAI and most advanced companies, utilizing hygient, safety,
multilfunction factory and latest milling technology, output of products are good quality, higher outlet, lower consumption
of energy, one set may produce large, middle and small bran and flour by adjustment of machines. food is in hygient
and safety, fully automatic, lower labor tense, high productivities, lower noise, good environmental protection.

1.1 DESIGN CAPACITY AND CONTENT |
This project is daily processing 100tons of wheat flour mill, design contents raw material receiving, precleaning of
raw grain, wheat meatching and conditioning, cleaning of wheat, roller mill, products and packing.

2. CLEANING SECTION:

(1)FLOW CHART OF CLEANING AND CHARACTERISTIC:
Good cleaning is key point to ensure good quality products, this machine is using 1 sieve, 2 destoners,2
magnetical selectors. Cleaning technical section should focus technicals of surface treatment, dry blowing,
grain separating, those all to ensure of grain cleaning to pure with conditioner technical, it mades raw materials
cleaning to best condition, detail characteristicals as following:

3. MAIN TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

A:Traditional capacity:According to traditional technical method, 100 TPD/ 24 HOURS; |
B:Really capacity:Using our company most advanced key technology and flour mill method, ensure the
flour technical design,under term&condition of ensure the quality of wheat flour mill and good out put ratio of
wheat flour mill, capacity can inceasing 15%,according to operation result, it can reach to 100-120 tons/24 hour,it can be effectively increasing capacity efficiency.

2, TECHNICAL SCHEME

1.RAW MATERIALS RECEIVING AND PRE CLEANING SECTION: |
Raw wheat receiving capacity is 30t/h,using single vehicle discharge raw wheat,with procedure of PRE CLEANING SCREEN----
VIBRATION SCREEN----BUCKET ELEVATOR----SUCTION SYSTEM---DE DUCTING SYSTEM to enter
into silo, pre cleaning control sifter select SCY80 model 1set,vibration screen 1 set TQLZ150x200,
bucket elevator TDTG40/23 model,discharge and pre cleaning part use 1 set of deducter ventilation wire,
discharge part separate treatment,precleaning separate composing
ventilation wire, double dedust, dedust with flat bottom type.

2.CLEANING SECTION

① Ensure to remove impurities effiectively by recycling vibraton and suction type grading destoner to siftering. |
③ Dry blowing use vertical suction, form of combined cycle suction to remove light impurities and light
weight corncb.

④ With sorting technical to delivery different kind materials to different peeling system, ensure fine quality
out put of corn bran and maize flour.

(2)Quality index of after cleaning raw material into machine: |
1) Inorganic impurity:≤0.2%, sand and stone ≤0.018%, not icluding magnetical impurities; |
2) Organic impurities:≤0.3% |
(3)Set up of material silo:Use stainless steel suction air cooling system, prevent materials mildew. |

practice condition, but at least kep 8-15 production volume, at least 5 days storage should keep in store.

3 ROLLER MILL SECTION:

According to nature of raw materials and exact position of selected macine, us our company core technical
enforcement of material peeling, grading, griting and flour milling and the first creation from our partical grits,
flour manufacture technical,pure materiallized technical,special treatment technical of super fine, controlable
material and backup technical, cleaning grits, flour milling manufacture
technical, energy saving key technical to produce fine quality,high out put products, lower electrical
consumption, less investment,easy operation.

Method of using 4 peeling, 7 core, 2 residual, 2 remainer, double bran finishing such advaned roller mill, the
technical detail as following:

1, Partical flour mill production technology |

white, no color fade

(2) Strengthening material grading, expanding and deepening the concept of "homogeneity merging" |
A: Break the traditional flour milling process with granularity grading, XB, 1 tail, 2 heart, 3 heart and other materials
to quality grading mainly (powder cleaning), particle size grading supplemented.

(3)Increasing efficiency of cleaning flour mill

|
To enlarge the range of the cleaning powder, reduce the grain size difference, and extract the quality of the
pure endosperm grains are sent to the anterior system according to the difference of the qualities to grind into
powder to improve the yield of high quality powder.

(4) Further improve the grinding efficiency using the company's innovative "pure fine materials special treatment
new technology, to solve the high yield of flour mill feeding effect and poor grinding effect of the problem, to avoid
good material after pushing.

4, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND FOOD SAFETY CONTROL |
1. Workshop Building: Divided into three districts: Health District, buffer zone, open area, set up the visit channel.
(according to customer's actual situation) |
2. Suction dust: In addition to normal suction, increase the import of flour mill, check the screen export, high
moisture water powder pipe (into the collection of stranded dragon), such as suction, to ensure that the workshop dust removal effect.

can reduce the noise of workshop, ensure working environment.

Iv. Civil project (all steel frame structure)
|
The design of the main workshop 40-50 meters long, not less than 10 meters wide, 11.5 meters high. The grain
receiving part is wide-meter, Changmi, for a layer of construction, (to receive part of the grain for the individual
construction). The main workshop part includes the unprocessed receiving system, the cleaning workshop,
the flour mill workshop and the accessory room, as well as the four parts.
