SBR FOOD 1027 for CHEW GUM BASE production,

SBR FOOD 1028 for BUBBLE GUM BASE production;

by us, It  is a mature technology product, which is widely used in the major gum base confectionary enterprises.

There are many gum base manufacturers are still using emulsion polymerization process SBR (ESBR). Emulsion

polymerization process is an old process with 30 years history. SBR produced in this process has more impurities,

and the rubber content only contains about 95%,the remaining 5% are impurities such as organic acids and

residues of chemical additives! So, it has a strange nasty smell. (analysis test reported)

Our factory utilizing international advanced polymerization technology to produce solution polymerization

process styrene butadiene rubber with high purity food-grade SBR (SBR content as high as 99.99%). The SSBR

product has good low temperature resistance, colorless, without impurities, without stimulating strange odor. the

Application data:

SBR FOOD 1027 is specially designed for chewing gum applications; giving

soft chewing.

SBR FOOD 1028 is specially designed for bubble gum applications, giving

firmer chewing and large bubbles.

Storage:

Store in a dry and ventilated area where it will not be exposed to direct

sunlight, extreme temperature or source of ignition. Please consult the

SBR “ Material Safety Data Sheet ” (MSDS) for more detailed handling

and storage information.
