During exporting, the packing method are very important, otherwise when the parcel(container load) or packing reach to buyer's hand, the packing was broken up and the parts are damaged or ruinned which packing is not properly.

Step-by-Step Packing Procedure for Exporting Parts

1. Initial Forming & Securing

• Place a hard carton box on a roped pallet (pallet with pre-tensioned straps).

• Insert a hard liner inside or around the parts to prevent movement.

• Position the parcel firmly so it stays centered on the pallet.

2. Top Covering with Film

• Cover the upper side of the parcel with PE or PVC film.

• Ensure the film extends slightly over the edges to protect against dust and moisture from above.

3. Full Body Wrapping (Machine)

• Use a film rolling machine (orbital or turntable wrapper).

• Start wrapping from the top of the parcel, moving downwards to the pallet base.

• Apply tension to ensure the film adheres tightly without gaps.

• Complete several layers (recommended: 2–3 bottom, 3–4 body, 2 top wrap cycles).

4. Final Labeling

• After wrapping is complete, place a sticker (shipping mark, handling instruction, or barcode) directly onto the 

  film-covered parcel body.

• For durability, use waterproof/scratch-resistant labels or cover the sticker with clear tape.

Key Quality Checks

• Hard liner fully stabilizes parts inside carton.

• Film overlaps pallet bottom by at least 2 inches.

• No loose film tails – secure with tape if needed.

• Sticker is visible, legible, and won’t peel off during transit.
